Where you can do this

1. There is a computer connected to the internet 24 hours a day in the library of the Division of Dermatology. See Bay for access to the library
2. Start Netscape or Internet Explorer (available in the Browsers folder on the desktop screen of the library computer)
3. Enter the web address into the web browser's Address or Location area and press Enter (or follow the link in Important notes #1, on the next page)
4. You will be greeted with the User name and Password screen. Enter your user name and password (do not save your password if you are prompted to do so):
   
5. Go to "Online Quizzes and Surveys"
6. On the Quiz Homepage, under "MSI Quizes" go to Module 1:
   
7. FOR EACH QUESTION - after you select an answer, you must CLICK ON THE SAVE ANSWER BUTTON before moving on to the next question:
   
8. After saving your answers to all five questions in a module, click the finish button:
   
9. You will be asked to submit the quiz for grading (this occurs for each module), click OK:
   
10. Click the Back button on the next screen and sequentially work through the 10 modules. Alternatively, you may click the View Results button. When you are finished reviewing your results, click the Back button on the next two screens to return to the Quiz Homepage.
11. Next, complete the survey section after you have finish all ten Quiz modules. Completion of the survey is a required component of the examination. Incomplete surveys will be treated as incomplete exams. Your survey responses will be collected anonymously in a database.
